Billing, refunds and computers

  • Paid plans are yearly subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Full refund within 7 days of any payment.
  • Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the plan to you as the seller of record. Taxes that apply where you live are shown at checkout.
  • Prices are in US dollars for everyone. Your payment provider may show a local equivalent.
  • Each licence is for one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer: deactivate the first one in your account, then activate the new one. The Bundle is one computer per product.
  • When a subscription ends, paid features stop. Free keeps working, and your files and downloaded models stay on your computer.

Read the Refund Policy

Plans, simply

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.

What if it is not for me?

Ask for a full refund within 7 days of any payment.

How do I move Pro to a new PC?

Each paid product is for one computer at a time. Deactivate the old computer on your account page, then activate the new one.

Is Free a trial that ends?

No. Free is a permanent edition. It does not expire and does not ask for payment details.

How do I buy a plan?

Choose the app and Pro above, then Continue to checkout. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as seller of record. After you buy, open PlaySubtitle and press Unlock PRO, then Sign in to activate this computer, and sign in with the e-mail you bought with.

Do I need to reinstall to move from Free to Pro?

No. Free and Pro are the same app. When you activate Pro, the app downloads the Pro components for your computer, and the app you already have gains the Pro features.
